I want to build a HV cables mobile E shocker as a spark source for me.
That's why I figured, the E shocker something to build.
I was thinking about the following:
Transistor: 2N 3055
Transformer: 5,0VA, primary 230V / secondary 2x9V, 278ma
Operating voltage: Battery, too mobile!
What do you think of it, makes her sense of the large transformer?
What for an input voltage should I take, 2x9V block, so 19V?
I built the shocker with 2N3055, the transistor can handle also 24V, 3 9V-Blöcke in series or a suitable battery pack, E.g. something like this.
I have question about the E shocker still a description; in the schematic "Transformer, 1,5VA, 2x6V..." What is the description by 2x9V. I got before a 5,0VA / 2x9V bought transformer, I was so right?
